• Turn resilience findings into proposed MPI semantics for resilient collectives.
• Deeper Open MPI design review so strong progress lands without correctness or performance regressions.
• Upstream the collective device-offload prototype; add a BlueField/DOCA backend.
• Scale OpenCCL past two nodes, broaden coverage beyond all-reduce, characterize against native NCCL.
• Extend power attribution to AI training and inference phases.
